Online Rentals and Reservations, Connected Directly to the Cashier

Courts, studios, and meeting rooms rented by the hour, through to rooms or villas by the night, month, and year. Customers book themselves and pay a down payment online; you monitor the schedule, record check-in and check-out, then settle the balance at the cashier — at the same counter.

What's Inside

From the First Booking to the Final Report

Online Reservations by Customers

Customers choose the type, date, and duration on the reservation page, and the system assigns a unit that is still free. Two people never get the same unit at the same time.

By the Hour, Night, Month, or Year

Courts and studios are booked by hourly slot, rooms and villas by the night, long-term units by the month or year — all from one rental product setup.

Automatic Rates and Down Payments

Prices are calculated by the system, including peak-hour, weekend, and member rates. Down payments are set per type, paid online, and recorded as customer down payments; 0% is possible too.

Calendar and Unit Chart

View reservations by date, or by unit like a hotel room chart complete with occupancy percentage. Phone bookings are created directly from an empty cell.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in opens an invoice at the cashier at the price promised when the reservation was made. Early arrivals or late departures can be charged by the hour; at check-out, the remaining schedule is released.

Recurring, Blocked, and No-Show

Create weekly reservations in one go for regular customers, block schedules for maintenance, and mark guests who don't show up so their slot can be booked again.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Customers move their own bookings and the price difference is calculated automatically. Cancellations by an admin place the down payment in a clearly recorded refund queue.

One Table with the Cashier

Courts and rooms are the same POS tables the cashier uses: the remaining balance is settled at that table, and a table that has already been booked cannot be opened as a walk-in rental.

Reports and History

Reports by date range and status: booking value, down payments received, pending refunds, and counts per unit. Every event on a reservation is recorded in its history.

How It Works

Four Steps from Booking to Payment

Your customers book on their own, while the cashier and bookkeeping use the same flow as regular sales — no double entry.

  • Two people can never get the same unit at the same time
  • Prices are always calculated by the system, including peak hours, weekends, and member rates
  • 0% down payment supported: reservations are confirmed immediately without paying
  • Each type has its own name: Court, Room, Studio, or Table
  • A table that has been booked cannot be opened as a walk-in rental at the cashier
1
Set up rental groups and products
Define the product, time unit (hour, night, month, or year), down payment, and opening hours. A court or room is a POS table that is rented out.

2
Share the reservation link
Customers register, book, and pay the down payment themselves — no app to install.

3
Monitor and record arrivals
The daily calendar and the unit chart show who is occupying what. When a guest arrives, press Check-in.

4
Settle at the cashier
The invoice is already open at that table; the down payment is applied as payment, then collect the rest.

What You Need to Prepare

Online reservations use the Rental Transaction add-on feature — simply activate it on your license or subscription. For online down payments, prepare one active payment gateway for your business and one sales down payment type. Cancellations are done by an admin so that any down payment already received always goes through the refund queue; the refund itself is made outside the app and then marked as completed. Customer notifications are sent by email.
