FEATURE A (STANDARD)
The Standard feature is the basic feature set that covers the essential needs of a business. It includes purchase, sales, inventory, and payables transactions, as well as reports. FEATURE B (Point Of Sale)
The POS feature is designed to speed up sales transactions and make it easier for cashiers to serve customers, especially in businesses with high transaction volumes.
Acosys POS supports a wide range of Point of Sale (POS) devices, such as receipt printers, customer displays, cash drawers, barcode scanners, and other supporting devices.
The POS feature suits many kinds of retail businesses, such as minimarkets, supermarkets, stores, factory outlets, and businesses with high sales volumes.
POS can be used in integration with the Standard feature and other Acosys features, so transaction data connects with product, customer, inventory, and report management.
POS can also be used purely for cashier needs. Master data such as the product list, selling prices, customers, and other settings can be managed from a computer using the Standard feature that is connected to the cashier computer.

FEATURE C (Credit Transaction)
The Credit Transaction feature is designed to support the various credit/deferred-payment transaction needs of a business. With this feature, you can make credit or deferred-payment sales, and manage consignment purchase and sales transactions along with related reports.
FEATURE D (Accounting)
One of the strengths of Acosys Accounting is flexible account settings. Each product can be linked to a specific inventory account, so the company can group inventory accounts as needed.
The Accounting feature in Acosys helps generate financial reports automatically from all transactions in the system. Transactions arising from business processes form journals automatically and are linked to the related financial reports.

FEATURE E (Discount Management)
The Discount Management feature helps you create flexible and unique discounts — even discount methods that have never existed before. This is possible because Acosys gives you the freedom to write your own formulas, just as you would in Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice Calc. The Credit Transaction feature provides discounts to customers or from suppliers based on specific payment terms — for example, a 2% discount if payment is made before the due date. Discount Management can group customers by customer level and offer different selling prices across up to 7 price levels, so special customers get special prices.
Feature F (Salesman and Service Doer)
This feature is essential for distribution companies, auto repair shops, computer stores, barbershops, hospitals, beauty clinics, and spa and massage businesses, which all need to separate sales by salesperson, doctor, mechanic, technician, or therapist. It is closely linked to the Commission Management feature for calculating each salesperson's/doctor's/mechanic's/technician's/therapist's commission. The terms "salesman" and "service doer" can be renamed to match the technical language of each type of business.
FEATURE G (Reward and Point Management)
This feature is used to set up the points and rewards given to customers. It can be an attractive way to give points and rewards to special customers or members, especially when done creatively. It gives you the freedom to create reward and point methods using formulas you write yourself. This feature suits retail businesses such as minimarkets, supermarkets, malls, and more. Reward Rules and Customer Point Rules are built using formulas based on products, customers, suppliers, manufacturers, brands, authors, time, and transaction amount. Customer points can be redeemed as cash, bank transfer, or specific products.
Feature I (Multi Division)
This feature is designed specifically for companies with many branches and a centralized database. With it, you can combine different types of businesses in separate locations with separate management into one database without them interfering with each other. All reports are consolidated automatically, and for analysis, every report can be split by branch/division. You can also set different selling prices in each region for the same product — a pricing strategy that is essential for facing different competitors in each region.
Feature J (Multi Department)
With this feature, you can split inventory across several warehouses/departments. It suits companies with several warehouses within the same branch office. Another common use is by distribution companies to control the stock carried in the box vans driven by salespeople. The method starts by transferring goods from the main warehouse to each van, so the van's opening stock is recorded; then, when the goods are sold, the admin records the sales transaction in Acosys with the van selected as the warehouse, and likewise for returns. This way, the stock in each van is clearly visible in the inventory report.
Feature K (Multi Currency)
Many businesses today use more than one currency in their transactions, so we provide a solution for using multiple currencies in one software. This feature suits companies directly involved in export/import and tourism businesses that serve foreign visitors. It is also very useful for businesses that are not directly involved in export/import — local businesses can use it too when their transactions use a foreign currency as the price standard, for example computer stores, electronics stores, and other imported products. Suppliers commonly sell products priced in dollars, even though payment is made in rupiah, and the goods are then sold to consumers in rupiah.
Feature L (HR and Payroll)
The HR & Payroll feature in Acosys helps companies manage employee administration, attendance recording, and payroll in one integrated system.
Acosys provides Employee Attendance, Attendance Sheet, Attendance Summary, Payslip, Payroll Summary, and Salary by Component features to make it easier to monitor attendance, calculate salaries, and prepare payroll reports.
With centralized data management, companies can save administrative time, reduce payroll calculation errors, and monitor labor costs more easily.

Feature M (Serial Number and Expired Date)
This feature is generally used by mobile phone shops, electronics stores, computer stores, pharmacies, large pharmaceutical companies, motor vehicle dealers, and other companies that need serial numbers, IMEI, batch numbers, and expiry dates. Inventory reports can be shown by serial number or as totals without serial numbers. Serial numbers can be traced from reports, purchases, sales, returns, and stock transfers, and the history of a specific serial number can be viewed in the product history report.
Feature O (Extra Tax)
This feature contains a list of additional taxes other than VAT (PPN), such as regional taxes, tourism taxes, import taxes, luxury goods sales tax (PPnBM), and other taxes. You can add an unlimited number of tax types yourself. These additional taxes can be used in purchase, sales, and return transactions and are posted automatically to the financial reports. Additional taxes can be used together with VAT.
Feature P (Pre Transaction)
The Pre Transaction feature provides additional facilities before purchasing and selling. The modules in this feature are integrated with the purchasing and sales features. Sales requisitions can be pulled directly into sales orders, sales orders can be pulled directly into sales deliveries, and sales orders and sales deliveries can be pulled into sales transactions. The same applies to purchase transactions.
Feature R (Manufacture)
The Manufacture feature is used to manage the production process, from raw material planning, material usage, and the production process to producing finished goods. Acosys helps control material requirements and usage, production output quantities, and inventory in an integrated way.

For lodging businesses, it includes tools for tracking which rooms are occupied and which are not. Other businesses that need rental-style control can also work more easily with this feature.
Feature Z (School Administration)
