Employee Attendance
Employee Attendance is a special work page in Acosys. Use it for the operational process shown in its menu location.
When to Use
- When users need to work with Employee Attendance outside a standard input form.
- When the process needs a guided screen, bulk action, dashboard, or special operational flow.
- When data needs to be reviewed before continuing to the next process.
How to Use
- Open Payroll / Employee Attendance.
- Follow the fields, filters, buttons, and confirmation messages shown on the page.
- Review the result before saving, printing, exporting, or continuing to another process.
- If the page uses filters, reduce the filter first when data does not appear, then add filters back one by one.
Things to Check
- Make sure the user has access to the related module and data.
- Check division, department, date period, customer, supplier, product, or account filters when the result is not as expected.
- Read validation messages carefully before repeating the process.
